Dentist – Part-Time - Private Practice Our client, a thriving three-surgery practice, is inviting a motivated Dentist to join their team. Our client is a privately owned dental practice in Canning Vale, established 29 years ago and relocated to its current modern, purpose-built premises in 1999. Having been acquired in May 2025, the practice offers an exciting succession opportunity as the founding clinicians transition to retirement over the next 2–3 years. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to build your own patient base while benefiting from hands-on mentorship. Practice Highlights Three fully equipped surgeries fitted with intraoral scanners, digital radiography & CEREC same-day crown technology State-of-the-art practice software for scheduling, patient records and imaging Ongoing marketing push to drive new patient flow and keep appointment books full Medium-term succession plan : Gradual handover as Principal Dentists transition to retirement Mentorship from experienced Principal Dentists until then Private Family Practice - not a preferred provider CEREC on site Role & Roster Core sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays (one surgery per session) but flexibility on this Flexibility to add Monday sessions if preferred Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry and routine specialty care, including: Preventive: examinations, cleanings, oral cancer screenings, sealants Restorative: composite fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures Endodontics & Surgery: root canal therapy, extractions, implant placement assistance Cosmetic: veneers, bonding, teeth whitening Periodontal: scaling, root planing, TMJ therapy Ensure high standards of infection control, clinical documentation and patient communication Collaborate with the team to support continuity of care across all chairs Ideal Candidate AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least 2 years’ clinical experience Comfortable across a broad scope of procedures and eager to expand skills Bilingual skills (Mandarin/Cantonese or other) highly regarded for our diverse patient base Strong communicator with a patient-centred, team-oriented approach What Our Client Offers Flexible working hours with guaranteed sessions and scope to increase days Mentorship & support from experienced practitioners through the transition period Modern facilities and ongoing investment in technology and marketing CEREC Machine on site and all the latest technology provided Competitive remuneration : base rate plus performance incentives or retainer model (to be finalised within three months) Diverse patient demographic , with opportunities to build a loyal, multicultural client roster How to Apply: If you are passionate about providing top-notch dental care and are excited about this opportunity, we want to hear from you.
